Persian flower and Dark Chocolate

I'm super proud and excited to introduce our newest flavor Persian flower & Dark Chocolate which is in the spotlight today at Delini.

To extract the powerful aroma and color, I leave the red saffron stigmas in organic milk for 24 hours. In the end, to complete the flavor, I add Organic Andoa chocolate chips from Valrhona.

Making and balancing gelato with the most expensive spice in the world is not an easy task. Even for my high standards, I'm utterly satisfied with the result.

If you've never tasted saffron before in sweet applications you now have the opportunity to try it.
